Exceedingly happy with how I was treated. Staff is very friendly and caring. Professional throughout my visit and explained everything completely. Let me know what they were going to do before doing it and were very gentle as possible considering the mess I let my teeth get into. Very glad I chose Blue River.

I just moved to Shelbyville and needed to schedule a cleaning. I asked Facebook on dentist offices that they’d recommend. I called 2 or three offices but one didn’t answer their phone, the other was backed up on appts for a month and Blue River answered their phone and was able to get me in within a week or so. The initial visit was great. Kelly (dental hygienist) was very nice and knowledgeable on teeth. Both Kelly and Dr. Crandall took time to ‘get to know me’ and asked about the move from NC, etc.
I’d highly recommend Blue River to anyone looking for a dentist.

For years I have been dealing with crooked teeth and gaps between several. The gaps kept getting worse. The staff at Blue River Dental suggested I look at getting crowns on all my front teeth. I finally decided to make the leap and it is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. The staff was fantastic thru the entire procedures. When I showed my wife the temporaries she was amazed and had no idea I was considering having this done. Even though I spent several hours in the chair, several times the staff always made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Because the one gap was so large they added a bridge with an extra tooth. So I have 12 new crowns and one new bridge. I would recommend Blue River Dental to everyone who is not comfortable with their smile. Doctor Pumphrey and her staff are the best.

Great dentists & staff, pleasant experience overall! I recently visited BRDC for a cleaning for myself and my 4-year-old son. We were in and out quickly, and the hygienist was even able to get x-rays of my son’s teeth while mine were being cleaned. Very efficient! We both got good tips for brushing and feedback on best ways to floss. We’re excited for our next visit in 6 months, and I’m planning to bring my 3-year-old son along for his first check-up as well!
