Jessica has always been passionate about helping others, so she pursued a degree in dental hygiene. She graduated from IUSD in 2007 and became part of the Blue River Dental team in 2008.
Jessica enjoys helping patients achieve their overall healthcare goals through a combination of education and dental care. She also enjoys being a part of a committed team that always puts their patients' needs first.
Jessica lives in Shelbyville with her husband, 2 children and a step-son.
Cassie graduated from IUSD in 2015 and became part of the Blue River Dental team in 2017. Her favorite part of her job is being able to educate her patients daily in order to help them improve their dental health, as well as their overall health.
Cassie lives in Knightstown with her husband, Travis, stepson, Cohen, and dog, Lasso. She enjoys spending time with her family and participating in outdoor activities. Cassie also works at a wellness center in her spare time. Fitness and health have always been a large part of her life. "I love being able to help people become healthier in all aspects of their lives and oral health is a huge part of that."
Alex graduated from IPFW in 2016 and became part of the Blue River Dental team in 2017. As a hygienist, she strives to help patients achieve optimal overall health through each visit. "Having patients that leave my chair happy and healthy makes my job that much better."
Alex grew up in Fort Wayne, but recently moved to Greenwood with her husband, Matt, and their dog, Leo. She enjoys going to the lake in the summer and spending time with family and friends.
Meet Our Dental Assistants
Mandy is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who joined Blue River Dental in 2015. She grew up on the East side of Indianapolis where she attended Warren Central High School. Mandy received her Dental Assistant Degree at Walker Career Center and later continued her education at IUPUI. She has been a dental assistant for 10 years.
Mandy lives in Shelbyville with her husband, Kyle, and their son, Anderson. She also has a dog named Bella. Mandy enjoys boating in the summer and traveling.
Amanda graduated with her Certificate of Dental Assisting from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2001. While there, Amanda also earned her Expanded Functions certification and has been placing fillings ever since. She maintains her Certified Dental Assistant certification through numerous hours of continuing education classes annually. Amanda has been on the Blue River Dental team since 2001 and enjoys helping the variety of patients that come through our doors each day.
Amanda does her best to help educate and guide patients through their treatment needs and loves seeing the smiles on patients' faces when they see the end results.
Amanda and her husband live in Shelby County with their two sons.
Kelsay is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who joined the Blue River Dental team just after graduating in May of 2016. She graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Indiana University School of Dentistry and is completing her Bachelor Degree in Organization, Leadership, and Supervision at Indiana University.
"With this being my first dental job out of school, I was very nervous and somewhat scared. Every team member in the office was so compassionate, caring, and sincere; it didn't take long for me to see this is the same kindness they give to their patients. I feel so blessed to be a part of this team and I love what I do!"
Kelsay lives in Columbus with her boyfriend and their cat, Simon. Kelsay enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
SuAnn joined Blue River Dental in 2015. She has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. She started the dental field as an assistant. SuAnn enjoys helping patients get the most out of their dental experience. Many of our patients appreciate her skills to help them manage their insurance plans, financing questions and financially plan for their dental treatment.

SuAnn resides in Indianapolis with her husband, two unbelievable boys, Dalton and Cole, and her sweet pups Berkley and Hammi.
