Originally from Greensburg, Indiana, she earned her BS in Nutrition Science from Purdue and completed her dental training at Indiana University. Known for her calm presence and commitment to same-day care, Dr. Pumphrey blends high-tech precision with a down-to-earth approach that puts patients at ease.
She’s an active member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, and the American Academy of Oral Systemic Health, and she regularly participates in study clubs to stay ahead of the curve. Outside the office, Dr. Pumphrey gives back through local organizations like Girls Inc., SCUFFY, and the Major Hospital Foundation. She and her husband, George, are raising two boys, Luca and Alek and love spending time outdoors and exploring new places together.
Dr. Betsy Crandall brings warmth, expertise, and a strong focus on patient comfort to every visit. A native of Greenwood, Indiana, she earned her BS in Biology and DDS from Indiana University, and has been serving the Shelbyville community since 2007. Known for her compassionate, judgment-free approach, Dr. Crandall is dedicated to making dental care easier and more empowering for every patient she meets.
She’s a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and local study clubs that keep her sharp and connected. Dr. Crandall also gives back through organizations like Girls Inc., SCUFFY, and the Clarity Pregnancy Center. She and her husband, Ward, are the proud parents of Ollie and Ruby, and they love spending weekends on the lake, hiking, and hosting friends and family.
